At first glance, you might think that this remodel on Strait Lane is a small project. Would you believe that, until December, this beautiful 3.58 acre property was a 11,151 square foot home with a pool and tennis court? With architect Laura Baggett (of domiteaux + baggett architects), our client decided to remove the entire house, leaving only the garage and chicken coup.

With the remaining buildings, our group is transitioning the garage to a beautiful rustic barn, which will overlook a large, private park. We've kept many of the original details, such as the detailed glass ceiling detail and the charming original door.
